One Medical in the United States seeks a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to support senior members. You will perform venipuncture and provide clinical and administrative care, be the first point of contact, and help maintain a welcoming, on-brand lobby and smooth patient flow.

• Experience performing venipuncture and clinical support tasks.
• Demonstrated strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to multitask between front desk duties and lab support.

Responsabilités

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a positive in-office experience.
• Provide venipuncture services for a broad age range.
• Assist with non-blood specimen collection, vitals, EKGs, vaccines, and related tasks.
• Maintain proper specimen labeling, handling, and inventory.
• Support providers with clerical duties and patient communications.
• Handle front desk duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Contribute to team development through huddles and problem solving.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain space cleanliness.
