One Medical is seeking a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to provide venipuncture and administrative support at our Atlanta, GA office. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, combining clinical and front-desk duties to create a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will perform extended duties across venipuncture, lab processing, and clerical tasks while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A strong customer service mindset and empathy are essential.

Formación

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with patients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
• Experience collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to perform venipuncture with professionalism and empathy

Responsabilidades

• Provide venipuncture and other clinical support services to patients
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and front desk tasks
• Answer patient messages and assist providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties
• Maintain accuracy in specimen labeling, handling, and processing
• Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries
• Ensure lobby and office spaces reflect the One Medical brand and are organized
