One Medical in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a Medical Receptionist/Phlebotomist (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to deliver exceptional patient experiences through venipuncture and clinical support. You’ll join a collaborative team, manage front desk duties, and assist providers with labs, scheduling, and patient communications in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with typing, internet navigation and multiple software systems.
• Experience working in collaborative, diverse teams.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and deliver patient-centered care.
• Adaptability and quick learning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and basic clinical support in office.
• Manage front desk tasks including scheduling and billing inquiries.
• Maintain inventory, labeling and specimen processing quality.
• Support providers and medical team with clerical duties and forms.
• Engage with patients to ensure a welcoming, brand-consistent experience.
• Respond to messages and follow up on lab cases.
• Master the technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR).
