Job summary

One Medical is actively seeking a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to deliver venipuncture and clinical support while ensuring a welcoming in-office experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, managing intake, scheduling, insurance coordination, and front desk tasks in a busy clinic.

The role requires MA certification, accredited education, and strong communication. You’ll join a team focused on quality care, patient experience, and seamless coordination

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification from a recognized body.
• Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program or armed forces MA training.
• At least 6 months of MA or Phlebotomist experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer technology and multiple software systems.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and remote teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support across front desk and lab.
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow up.
• Assist with billing, insurance, and outreach activities.
• Maintain office standards and supply inventory.
• Support providers and virtual medical team with clerical tasks.
• Open/close duties and maintain lobby look.
• Master our technology suite (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, EMR).
