Job summary

One Medical in Marietta, Georgia is hiring a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) to provide venipuncture and clinical support, while ensuring a warm, on-brand patient experience at the front desk and in the lab.

You will handle patient intake, schedule management, billing support, and clerical tasks, stay adept with our tech tools, and collaborate with providers and a courteous team to remove barriers to care.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and written/spoken communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and online tools.
• Experience collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a fluid in-office experience.
• Provide best-in-class venipuncture services across age groups.
• Perform extended scope duties like non-blood specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, vaccines, and tests.
• Maintain proper specimen labeling, handling, and processing; manage inventory and sterilization.
• Assist with lab-related clerical duties and support office providers and teams.
• Run front-of-house duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Contribute to team development through huddles and problem solving.
• Handle opening/closing duties and maintain office appearance.
• Master our technology suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR) for daily tasks.
