Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Float Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to perform venipuncture and provide administrative support in our Lawrenceville, GA office. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensure a smooth check-in, and assist clinicians with clinical tasks as needed.

You’ll work across office operations and care teams, using our tech tools (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR, RingCentral) to deliver friendly, patient-centered service to an aging member population

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside training/externship
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems
• Experience working with diverse teams and remote collaboration

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and basic clinical support for patients
• Greet patients and handle front desk tasks with warmth and efficiency
• Use technology to coordinate scheduling, messaging and billing inquiries
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling and office cleanliness
