Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to own the Security Technology Services Lab as a governance and product owner. You will manage the lab portfolio, intake and prioritization, roadmap, and funding governance, while serving as the primary escalation point for stakeholders across IAM, Defender XDR, Sentinel, Purview, and Zscaler.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM, product, program, or security leadership roles.
• Single accountable owner for a tech service with budget, roadmap, and reporting.
• Experience designing intake and prioritization processes in fast-paced tech.
• Strong financial governance: budgeting, cost allocation, funding requests, variance.
• Experience delivering exec dashboards on health, roadmap, and finances.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and subscription cost management.
• Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization across geographies.
• Excellent documentation skills for governance artifacts and logs.

Responsibilities

• Own the STS Lab service catalog as the product owner; define scope and value.
• Lead end-to-end intake for lab requests and align demand with capacity.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering and tooling.
• Manage lab budget, track spend, and report financial health to leadership.
• Design regular lab performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Serve as primary escalation point for lab issues and priorities.
• Establish the lab's operating cadence: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors during evaluations and manage SLAs and contracts.
• Collaborate with IAM, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Endpoint SMEs.
• Ensure governance, change management, and audit-ready documentation.
