You will own the full recruiting lifecycle and partner with hiring leaders and HR; source hard-to-find talent and build pipelines through various channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 2+ years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline-development skills.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced and/or high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit primarily for laboratory and scientific positions.
• Partner directly with hiring leaders to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-find talent.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, professional networks, digital platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and overall position alignment.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Prepare and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Manage multiple openings while maintaining strong organization and attention to process.
• Use recruiting data and market knowledge to inform sourcing strategies.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
