Contract Biotech Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 1 day/week)

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company in Boston, MA, is looking for a Contract Biotech Recruiter for a 6-month contract to start. This individual will manage full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of corporate and supply chain roles while working consultatively with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide recommendations on compensation and benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Experience working in Biotech/Pharma or Life Sciences strongly preferred
• Global experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source for hard-to-fill positions in a fast-paced environment
• Effective partner to hiring managers and senior leadership
• Strong communication skills and commitment to a positive candidate experience
