Job summary

Placon Corp. is seeking a Recruiter - Talent Management in Madison, WI to manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles.

You will build partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. In this onsite, full-time role, you will proactively source top talent, guide candidates through onboarding, and create talent pipelines to support immediate and future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Manufacturing, technical, or professional recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Advise leaders on market insights, recruiting trends, and hiring recommendations.
• Leverage ATS, HRIS, and recruiting analytics to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
• Represent the employer brand at career fairs, events, and community partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strengthen pipelines.
