Qualifications

• Guide candidates from initial conversations through onboarding to ensure a positive experience.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current hiring and future growth.
• Use recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes and report to leadership.
• Represent Placon's employer brand at career fairs and events.
