• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients to ensure retention and quality hires.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for temporary and direct hire roles across multiple clients.
• Manage digital tools to monitor the selection process and update candidate statuses.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate events and outreach.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and coach candidates for interviews and roles.
• Enter and track data in ATS and maintain accurate records.
