Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter in the Madison, WI area to support high-volume hiring and full-cycle recruiting for non-client-facing roles. You will conduct numerous structured interviews, assess candidates against criteria, and partner with hiring teams to deliver top talent.

You will manage requisitions, maintain thorough documentation in the ATS, and drive offer negotiations in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of.
• 1 year of experience required; experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume structured candidate interviews and assessments across designated roles.
• Evaluate candidate experience, skills and qualifications against established criteria and provide clear recommendations to recruiting and hiring partners.
• Deliver a consistent, engaging and high-quality candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process.
• Manage interview activity efficiently while maintaining thorough documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with recruiting team members and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Lead the employment offer process in partnership with HR and key decision makers.
