Job summary

The engineer will troubleshoot, manage access, and collaborate with scientists to ensure reliable lab operations, software validation, and efficient incident response across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in End-user Computing or desktop support.
• Familiar with Active Directory and IT networking basics.
• Experience supporting scientists or lab equipment is a plus.
• AGILE ways of working required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the current computer infrastructure for thousands of PCs globally.
• Image and onboard new computers into the domain and onto the network.
• Secure and harden lab hardware and devices.
• Support incident management and user assistance for scientists.
