Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email promptly.
• Sign in, verify, and organize laboratory samples using Chain of Custody documentation.
• Update client and project information in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and service information.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve client issues and concerns.
