Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to manage daily client communications and oversee sample intake in a fast-paced lab environment. You will verify Chain of Custody, assist walk-ins, and coordinate with lab staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include updating CRM records, processing payments via Stripe, and providing necessary supplies to clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound client communications by phone and email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody docs for accuracy.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and provide service information.
• Update client/project data in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with lab/ops to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies and front-office assistance.
• Support administrative and lab tasks as needed.
