Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Colorado. The role oversees all samples entering the laboratory and facilitates daily communication between clients and the lab.

Responsibilities include sample check-in, tracking, client interactions, and related administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, 2+ years in customer service, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer Service experience 2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and provide information on services and project preparation.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies and stock front office areas.
