Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to manage client communications and oversee samples entering the laboratory. You will ensure accurate sample tracking, assist walk-in clients, and update records in the Tracker LIMS system.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Customer Service 2+ years preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies.
• Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff.
• Assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary.
