The position emphasizes effective communication with clients and internal teams, data entry accuracy, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in FoodScience, Chemistry, or a related field of study.
• Experience in Food and/or Environmental Testing laboratories is desirable.
• Customer service or QA experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both lab staff and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot with others and delegate tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and act as liaison between the client, account management team, and lab staff.
• Coordinate and manage project logistics to meet client requirements on time and within budget.
• Receive and process samples, triage priorities based on analysis needs.
• Store and organize all samples and maintain sample retention.
• Communicate technical data to senior leadership and clients.
• Suggest new service possibilities aligned with business goals.
