Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and fluency in English are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 2+ years of program management, learning and development, or corporate training.
• Experience in creating training content and modules.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured learning programs for new hires across functions with evaluation frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop cross-functional training materials for skill development.
• Utilize digital tools and AI to create and maintain up-to-date learning content.
• Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate program success and progress.
• Collaborate with global learning teams to align initiatives and share best practices.
