Amazon.com Services LLC, via ASLD, seeks a Learning Experience Designer to design and develop learning experiences that build critical capabilities across Amazon Stores. Responsibilities

• Own learning solutions from needs analysis through design, development, launch, and evaluation.
• Design self-guided, instructor-led, blended, simulation-based, and other applied learning experiences.
• Manage and continuously improve a portfolio of 300+ digital courses and resources.
• Develop learning approaches for organization-wide capability priorities, including AI fluency and emerging tools.
• Use learner research, prototyping, and data to test and improve learning experiences.
