Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to build scalable training and onboarding for UTR Associates in North America Amazon Logistics. You will scope projects, craft on-the-job learning programs across multiple modalities, and own the program lifecycle with demonstrated PM experience.

You will lead the development of curricula, collaborate with SMEs and senior leaders, and partner with AMZL teams to leverage existing content while identifying cost-effective learning tools.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead program development to analyze needs, prioritize roadmaps, and design curriculum and training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to uncover learning priorities.
• Partner with global training teams to leverage existing content.
• Identify learning tools and tech to scale programs and improve effectiveness.
• Measure and report on learning program impact and outcomes.
• Drive innovations in training design and development processes.
• Coordinate with broader teams to ensure program consistency.
• Develop learning pathways to build leadership and technical skills.
• Manage communication and change management for curricula roadmaps.
• Travel up to 10%.
