Job summary

The HR Learning & Development Specialist drives the design and implementation of learning and development (L&D) programs that promote company values, increase team member engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results.

This role will create interactive e-learnings and other materials to develop courses and learning paths aligning with the company’s L&D strategies, including new hire onboarding, both online and in-person learning & development, lunch-and-learns, and other

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent training and experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with database systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly adaptable with problem-solving and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to establish L&D strategies to drive performance.
• Lead programs and deliverables according to plan, including learning materials.
• Own annual training calendar and communicate it to all team members.
• Help establish and track budget and spending for L&D programs.
• Manage and oversee eLearning platform and department metrics.
• Build a central training library and onboarding paths for departments.
• Create manager and leadership training paths including online and in-person sessions.
• Coordinate with team members to administer programs and track progress.
• Evaluate impact via surveys and stay current on industry trends.
• Seek feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
