Job summary

Fremont Bank is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and continually improve onboarding and development programs. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and deliver learner-centered content across on‑site and virtual formats.

The role emphasizes instructional design, program management, and the use of LMS platforms to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related function.
• Experience designing and delivering training content using instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance onboarding experience for new hires.
• Design and develop training content and materials.
• Support organizational development initiatives and talent readiness.
• Manage multiple learning programs with solid project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate vendors and external training providers for programs.
• Maintain LMS data, enrollments, and reporting.
