DeZURIK, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to shape the future of learning across the organization. You will design, develop, deliver, and administer learning programs supporting technical skills, leadership, onboarding, and enterprise capability building.

You will manage our LMS, create engaging content, facilitate sessions, schedule training, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement, partnering with leaders and SMEs to align with business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
• Ability to analyze training data and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities
