Job summary

Applied Control seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design and coordinate training content for the LMS and live sessions. The role may deliver live content sessions and supports onboarding and compliance programs.

You will collaborate with leaders to identify needs, develop materials, and evaluate program effectiveness while maintaining accurate training records and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years in learning and development or related area.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation practices.
• Experience with LMS and content development tools.
• Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to analyze learning data and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops virtual, blended, instructor-led, and self-paced training solutions.
• Supports onboarding and role-specific training to accelerate readiness.
• Partners with leaders to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Manages annual compliance programs and reporting.
• Maintains LMS administration and learning analytics.
