Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage business reporting for all NA L&D team in various business review forums.
• Partner with change management team to identify training schedules and lead reporting on completion of the trainings per plan.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify the measure of success, standardization measurement and reporting methods for all existing and new programs.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation and partner with business analytics team for implementation of change.
• Track project tasks and timeline for all on-going projects and identify gaps in available capacity.
• Communicate regularly with project tasks status, risks and recovery plan.
• Lead small process improvement projects.
