Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) North America Learning & Development seeks a motivated Program Manager to support onboarding trainings, manage business reporting, and drive continuous improvement across the NA network. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and ability to work with minimal direction.

You will partner with analytics to automate reporting, lead small process improvements, and ensure programs meet success measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and delivering results to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage business reporting for NA L&D in various forums.
• Partner with change management to identify training schedules and track completion.
• Define success measures and reporting methods for programs.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation with analytics.
• Track tasks, timelines, and capacity; communicate status and risks.
• Lead small process improvement projects.
