Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor in Richmond, VA to oversee production activities on 1st shift (5:00AM - 3:30PM, Sunday-Thursday). You will manage workers, monitor KPIs, ensure quality, and coordinate with management and customers to meet SLAs.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvements, and effective communication within a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
Capable problem-solving and decision-making with a strategic, results-driven approach.
Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities; effective verbal and written communication.
Capacity to engage with customers professionally.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packaging.
Schedule and assign tasks; troubleshoot issues; implement efficiency improvements.
Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
Lead shift transitions; prepare next shift for success.
Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shift.
