Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the activities of production workers, ensuring daily targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery. This role oversees shift operations and maintains high performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the Mid Shift (11:30AM–8:00PM), monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff while upholding safety and company policies. Prior leadership in warehouse or distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership in warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with results focus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Meet and report KPIs, ensuring high-quality output and customer satisfaction.
• Lead shift transitions with clear information for the next shift.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Monitor performance metrics to maintain consistent quality.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and standards.
• Support training, coaching, and employee development.
• Assist in labor planning and production forecasting as needed.
