CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor in the United States to coordinate and manage production workers, ensuring targets are met and quality standards maintained.

This role oversees shifts, drives KPIs, and collaborates with management to ensure smooth operations. The position is on-site in a warehouse/distribution environment, with 3rd shift hours and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with continuous improvement mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-project prioritization.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities; effective verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meets or exceeds daily KPIs with accurate reporting for customers.
• Conduct shift transition meetings and prepare next shift for success.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Monitor performance metrics to maintain consistent production quality.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Prepare daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure inventory and staffing meet demand.
