CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead production workers, ensuring targets and quality standards are met while driving P&L results. The role covers assigned areas or shifts and includes first-line issue resolution and shift transition planning.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of leadership in a distribution/manufacturing setting, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office. US-based applicants preferred; health and financial benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment.
• Problem solving and decision-making with a strategic approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional互动 with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production workers and coordinate shift activities.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and report performance metrics.
• Communicate shift transitions clearly and prepare next shift.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shift.
• Assist in labor planning, scheduling, and P&L analysis.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
