Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production workers, meet targets, and drive quality and P&L results in our Texas facility. The role oversees shift operations (1st shift 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday) and ensures safety, training, and adherence to SLAs.

You will schedule tasks, resolve issues, monitor KPIs, report performance, and collaborate with management and customers. Prior leadership in a distribution/manufacturing setting is preferred; associate degree expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking ability.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
• Deliver shift transition information for next shift readiness.
• Provide first level of support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met.
• Engage in employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure inventory meets demand.
• Provide training and guidance on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• All other duties as assigned.
