Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production workers, meet KPIs, and maintain quality while driving P&L results. This role supervises operations within assigned shifts and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

The 1st shift runs 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will schedule tasks, resolve issues, report performance, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements improvements for efficiency.
• Meets or exceeds daily KPIs with accurate reporting to customers.
• Delivers shift-transition information to upcoming shifts for success.
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Maintains production quality by monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicates with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met.
• Engages in employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assists in P&L forecasting and labor planning and scheduling.
• Prepares daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
• Coordinates workflow and ensures inventory is adequate to meet demand.
• Provides training and support on procedures and processes.
• Ensures health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• All other duties as assigned by business needs.
