Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production workers, ensure targets are met, and uphold quality while driving P&L results. The role covers a 3rd shift from Sunday 9:00PM to Saturday 6:00AM and includes on-site operations.

You will oversee task scheduling, KPI tracking, and shift-to-shift handoffs, with a focus on efficiency and safety. CTDI offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with a results-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, quality control, or packing for shipment.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting and customer SLA adherence.
• Lead shift transition meetings with clear communication to prep the next shift.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring performance metrics across the department.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues resolved.
• Address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning; support budgeting needs.
• Prepare daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure adequate inventory and staffing levels.
• Train and motivate staff on procedures and processes; ensure safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
