Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (1:00PM - 9:00PM, Monday - Friday with two Sundays per month) to coordinate production workers, meet targets, maintain quality and drive P&L results in our warehouse operations.

The role requires leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication to ensure SLAs are met and improvements are implemented. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control or packaging.
• Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or surpass daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting.
• Lead shift transition briefings and ensure next shift is prepared.
• Provide first-line support for escalated issues during shift.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring metrics and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Communicate with management and customers to resolve issues promptly.
• Engage in employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Prepare daily performance feedback and reporting.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure inventory levels meet demand.
• Provide training and support on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• All other duties as required.
