CTDI is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor in Indiana to coordinate production activities, ensure targets and quality standards, and drive P&L results. You will supervise a team across shifts, report performance, and support customer SLAs while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires leadership experience in a high-volume setting, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and diligent attendance monitoring. CTDI offers weekly pay, benefits, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with results focus.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to multi-task.
• Effective verbal and written communication; customer-facing ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Experience with UKG is a plus.
• OSHA knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality checks, and packaging.
• Assign daily tasks and support production challenges.
• Help meet or exceed KPIs; report performance to stakeholders.
• Lead shift meetings and ensure a smooth transition to the next shift.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure timely completion of timecards.
