Job summary
CliftonLarsonAllen in Texas seeks a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to drive knowledge management strategy and governance across business functions. You will shape scalable standards for content, taxonomy, metadata, and repositories while guiding senior stakeholders toward mature KM practices.
You will also lead cross-functional initiatives, enable AI-ready knowledge assets, and improve enterprise documentation to reduce silos and boost operational maturity.
Qualifications
- Six years of relevant experience in knowledge management or related fields.
- Experience in information architecture, content strategy, and documentation governance.
- Bachelor's degree; business, communications, information management, or organizational development preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, and governance across functions.
- Design scalable documentation standards, taxonomy, metadata, and repository ownership.
- Partner with senior leaders to align KM with business priorities and measure impact.
- Lead governance forums and cross-functional initiatives for standardization and knowledge sharing.
- Prepare assets for AI-enabled experiences and future digital worker capabilities.
