Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Set up serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Assist in daily food prep for the next day’s menus.
