Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks a kitchen teammate to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering.

You will perform all positions within the kitchen to support daily meal service. The role requires compliance with HACCP, proper temperature control, FIFO inventory, and safe operating procedures. Strong teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced school cafeteria environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in preparation of foods according to menu and Opaa! recipes, planning ahead for next day menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dishwashing station.
• Follow HACCP processes and maintain daily production records.
• Comply with safety rules and participate in required training hours.
