Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a flexible kitchen worker to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with catering events, and perform all kitchen duties as needed.

You will support serving lines, ensure food safety, and help with inventory and cleanup in a fast-paced cafeteria setting. The position requires responsiveness to daily menus, adherence to recipes, and collaboration with the Kitchen Manager to meet meal service needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up serving lines and maintain temperature of food.
• Prepare foods per menu and recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
