Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is hiring for a kitchen associate to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines in our school cafeterias.

You will perform all kitchen positions and participate in occasional catering functions, ensuring meals are prepared per menu and kept at safe temperatures. Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, preparing items, operating equipment with proper certification, maintaining clean work areas, and documenting daily production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow menus/recipes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving lines daily and keep food at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to the menu and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and FIFO inventory.
• Attend required meetings and follow safety policies.
