Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking a versatile kitchen helper to support daily breakfast and lunch service across serving lines. You will prepare breads, batch cook, and maintain clean, organized workstations while following Opaa!'s recipes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and recipes.
• Experience in food service or cafeteria environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as required.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Handle cash register tasks and POS operations as needed; submit hours via ADP.
• Follow HACCP and FIFO procedures; maintain accurate daily production records.
