Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks kitchen staff to prepare breakfast and lunch, assist with serving lines, and support occasional catering.

You will work across kitchen functions to ensure meals meet menu plans and standards. Daily tasks include setting up serving lines, batch cooking, stocking milk coolers, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace while following safety and HACCP guidelines. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED; ability to lift, stand, and operate kitchen

Qualifications

• Experience in food prep and serving line setup.
• Ability to follow recipes and menu plans.
• Knowledge of HACCP or food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plans and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and restock serving areas.
• Follow safety policies and participate in training hours.
