Responsabilités

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains per recipes.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and more.
• Describe menu offerings and ingredients to guests to enhance experience.
• Support team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Move between stations in a fast-paced, safety-focused kitchen.
• Maintain safety and DIG food safety standards.
