DIG INN Chefs-In-Training in New York seeks motivated teammates to join our scratch-based kitchens. The role offers a base hourly rate in the $17–$18 range plus $2–$3 per hour in tips and additional benefits. You will develop culinary skills, learn multiple stations, and contribute to delivering real, great food in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Passion for real, good food.
• Willingness to learn culinary skills and practices.
• Ability to perform physical requirements (lifting up to 25–50 pounds).

Responsabilidades

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes as a guide.
• Gain exposure to different kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, delivery/packout).
• Speak to guests about menu offerings, seasonality and ingredients to create a scratch-made meal.
• Support team during peak and off-peak service and pitch in as needed.
