Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as required.
• Operate equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; follow FIFO.
• Support HACCP processes and daily food safety logs.
• Handle customer monies and operate POS as needed.
• Complete daily production records and timekeeping tasks.
• Follow safety rules and participate in required trainings.
