Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning, equipment operation with safety standards, FIFO inventory, and adherence to HHFKA/CACFP guidelines while maintaining hospitality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information to others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines.
• Assist in menu planning and prep ahead for next day’s menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow FIFO procedures.
• Set up serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures and quantities.
• Serve items with appropriate portions and maintain quality presentation.
