• Math skills: basic arithmetic for portions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation following menu plans and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and keep work areas organized.
• Support daily dish and kitchen operations and restock as needed.
