Responsibilities

• Assist set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and handle dishwashing area operations.
• Prepare baked goods and present products appealingly.
• Restock serving lines and provide quality presentation and hospitality.
• Record daily production and follow safety procedures.
